In all our operated assets:
1. there is a systematic approach to HSE & ISM management designed to ensure compliance with the law and to achieve continual improvement and performance.
2. target are set for improvement and performance is measured, appraised and reported
3. the contractors are required to manage their HSE in line with this policy
4. HSE and ISM performance are included in the appraisal of all staffs and rewards are set accordingly
5. all employees inclusive of the contractor’s staffs, are required to STOP work when there is an immediate
threat to security, safety and health of the employees or that of others or adverse impact to the environment.
6. a variety of PPE is provided for the benefit and safety of JCB’s employees.
